“I truly enjoyed everything about my stay, from check-in to check-out. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the variety of onsite restaurants offering high-quality dining options. The coffee shop served amazing lattes, and having a bar onsite was a great added touch. What really stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. When I asked for ice, the staff even provided pain relievers, which was such a thoughtful gesture and truly above and beyond. Every interaction with the front desk and restaurant staff was handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. A special thank you to front desk, who assisted us with questions regarding our bill when some breakfast credits were not showing up. They handled everything efficiently and ensured the issue was resolved promptly. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would gladly return.”
